You may order online, by post, or by phone / fax during UK office hours (Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 hrs).

Please enclose payment in £ (UK pounds) - the banks will convert other currencies for you. Euro and US dollar prices are approximate and are shown for comparative purposes only (updated 11 July 2007).
You may pay by cheque, postal order, most plastic cards or bank transfer (further details on application). There is no UK tax (VAT) to add to, or deduct from, any of our prices.
We normally despatch goods on Fridays. We aim to send stock items within 7 days and custom items and repairs within 21 days, but there may be unavoidable delays during busy periods and holidays. Urgent orders cost £10.00 (approx. 15 or US$20) extra per item.
If you are unhappy with any item we have supplied, return it in new condition within 28 days for an exchange or refund (delivery charge excluded). We will also replace any item manufactured by Highpath Engineering which proves defective in materials or manufacture within 12 months of the invoice date, normal wear and tear excluded.
We regret that special Terms and Conditions are necessary for customers in Canada and the USA due to the prohibitive fees charged for liability insurance in those countries. All North American customers are asked to read and accept these before ordering any items from us.
